1: The layout of this series of corn flakers is reasonable and compact, reducing space.
2: Basic configuration: Whole closed structure.Both side are with heat dissipation network. Square bearing base.Front and back door plates can be opened,easy to be cleaned. Both sides of the bottom have a material receiving port,easy to observe the effect of material.
3: Roller:CFHI roller blank. The high Ni Cr Mo alloy roller is poured by German centrifuge, the hard layer is uniform, the
hardness is hs75 ± 3, and the chill depth is 30-35mm. The roll blank cast by German centrifuge of CFHI is tested by dynamic balance.
4: Housing :Protecting cover, front,back,up and down door plate are made of SS304.

6: Hydraulic system:PLC Hydraulic pump station. High pressure oil pipes are adopted as hydraulic pipes.
