This kind of flaker is used for edible oil pretreatment . It can flatten the oilseeds into 0.25-0.35mm (adjustable)as your requirement . The base configuration is as follows,
1.Whole closed structure.Both sides have a heat dissipation network. Round bearing base.Front and back door plate can be opened,easy to be cleaned.Both sides of bottom have material receiving port,easy to observe the effect of material. 
2.Roller Brand:CFHI roller blank. The high Ni Cr Mo alloy roll is poured by German centrifuge, the hard layer is uniform, the hardness is hs75 ± 3, and the chill depth is 30+/-5mm. The roller blank cast by German centrifuge of CFHI is tested by dynamic balance.
3.Drive motor: Domestic famous brand. 
4.Housing:Protecting cover, front,back,up and down door plate are made of carbon plate. 
5.Pulley : CPT brand 
6.Hydraulic system:PLC Hydraulic pump station. High pressure oil pipes are adopted as hydraulic pipes. Power:1.5kW
