1: FC series corn flaking machine is one of the main equipment for producing steam corn flakes.

The layout of this series of corn flakers is reasonable and compact, reducing the space.

2: The whole machine adopts fully enclosed, stainless steel structure.

3: We use China's first heavy roll blank which are poured by a centrifuge imported from Germany, processed by Grosper independently, and has passed a strict dynamic balance test. The chill of the roller is made by Ni Cr Mo alloy, and the chill depth is 35+/-5mm.

4: The hydraulic system adopts intermittent hydraulic pump station with PLC, which is highly efficient and energy-saving.

5: The thickness of the flakes can be adjusted without stopping the machine. This is our invention patent.
